How to deposit with PhonePe

    Select UPI at the cashier

    Log in to your casino account, open Deposit, and choose UPI as the payment method — PhonePe isn't listed separately since it uses the same rails.

    Type in the amount, meeting the casino's minimum (₹100–500 depending on operator).

    Pay from the PhonePe app

    Scan the QR code shown by the casino using PhonePe, or copy the UPI ID into PhonePe's "Pay to contact/UPI ID" screen, then approve with your UPI PIN.

No. PhonePe is a UPI app, not a separate payment rail — it processes the same UPI transaction as Google Pay or Paytm UPI. Any casino that lists UPI as a deposit method accepts PhonePe.

Can I withdraw winnings to PhonePe?

Yes, since PhonePe withdrawals go through the same UPI network as deposits. Processing time is 1–12 hours depending on the casino, and your account must be KYC-verified first.

My PhonePe payment failed but the amount was deducted — what now?

This is usually a temporary hold, not a real deduction, and it reverses automatically within a few hours. Check the transaction status in your PhonePe app; if it shows "success" but the casino balance didn't update, contact support with the UTR number.
